Service Description

This is a beginner to intermediate vinyasa flow style class geared toward new and seasoned yogis alike. We will breathe, move, stretch and flow, bringing the nervous system back to rest and digest. First time doing yoga? No sweat! All of our yoga teachers are trained in leading all levels and create a safe space for you to explore on your mat. This class is the kickoff to an amazing school year, where balance is key to showing up as your best. ***Please RSVP & fill out the liability waiver that will be emailed to you upon registration***

Cancellation Policy

Public Class Schedule Cancellations: For cancellations of public classes, we kindly request that you provide notice at least 1 hour before the scheduled class start time. Any cancellations made within this 1-hour window will be considered as a regular sale and will not be eligible for a refund, reimbursement, or reusability. Private Appointments and Specialty Class/Workshop Cancellations: For private appointments and specialty class/workshop bookings, we require cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. This allows us to accommodate other clients who might be on our waiting list and ensures that our resources are utilized efficiently. Refund and Reimbursement Policy: Refunds or reimbursements will not be issued for cancellations that fall within the specified timeframes mentioned above. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, and we encourage you to make every effort to attend the scheduled sessions or provide the necessary notice for cancellations. Booking Reusability: For public classes, if you cancel within the 1-hour window, the booking will not be reusable for future classes and will be treated as a regular sale. For private appointments and specialty classes/workshops, cancellations within 24 hours will not allow for rescheduling or rebooking.
