Service Description

Sacred Circle was born out of the need we all have for community. We now know that you can eat all of the right things, sleep well and exercise regularly, but if you don't have community not only are you more likely to experience depression and anxiety, but you are more susceptible to physical ailments and dis-ease. Sacred Circle is a monthly gathering of souls, to create a safe space where everyone is welcome as they are without judgement. We will breath, meditate and share some much needed time in community. Each month will have theme and activity to allow you to explore within and without. And if you feel up for it $5 Friday's at 5:30 is a Vinyasa Flow yoga class to get you primed for Sacred Circle, not to mention you get 50% off of your Sacred Circle registration fee. Make sure to register in advance, as space is limited!
