Like most people, I turned to yoga when the burdens of life weighed me down & the suffering became more than I could bare. I was a successful business woman, & did very well for myself as a single mom. But for more than a decade I lived a lie. I could no longer pretend that financial security was filling my cup, because it was draining me, mind, body, spirit. When I finally decided to jump from my safety net & leave the binds of corporate America I was terrified, but liberated to live authentically. It is my calling to bring this peace & balance into the local community & help others experience the benefits of a consistent yoga practice.
When you take one of my classes you will feel safe & comfortable with my honest & loyal approach. I am a 200-hour RYT trained under Susan Smith’s One Yoga YTT, & am also a Reiki Master Practitioner under Carole Comegys. I would love to share these gifts with all of you & one by one create a more balanced & healthy local community.

Don began practicing yoga in the late 1990’s and fell in love immediately. He practiced
frequently before moving to Dover, DE where there were no yoga studios and his
practice fell off. Then studios began to appear in Dover and he began practicing again
almost daily. His practice deepened and he wanted to learn more about this ancient art.
He looked for some sort of training but was unsuccessful until 2013 when he signed up
for a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through One-Yoga. He became a certified
instructor in May 0f 2014 and has practiced and taught since that time. Yoga is an
integral part of Don’s life as he endeavors to practice the Yamas and Niyamas and live a
yoga life style.

My interest in yoga began in 2017 when I signed up for a Yoga 101 course with a friend. Kudos to my friend for asking me to join her…you never know what an open door will reveal. My friend was in need of brushing up on her practice, I on the other hand was completely new to yoga and this is where my journey began. When I would practice on my mat I began to notice how yoga was more than just a physical exercise. I began to feel different on the inside as well. At the end of summer 2018, I started attending Yoga Teacher Training 200 through One-Yoga at Tula. It is through this training where the 8 Limbs of Yoga was introduced. Incorporating these paths into everyday life has brought clarity, understanding, compassion and love towards me and others. I look forward to leading you through your practice and holding your hand through your journey.

I am married with three kids and a guinea pig. When my middle child went off to college in the fall of 2016, I suddenly found myself with more free time than I'd had in over 18 years. I had been sporadically practicing yoga, and decided to make it a more consistent part of my life. I began attending classes at Tula and quickly felt like I found a yoga home. Over the next year and a half, I felt the call to become a yoga instructor, and I attended and completed my 200 Yoga Teacher Training through One-Yoga at Tula in the summer of 2018. I love sharing the healing practice of yoga, a practice that meets you where you are right now, each day that you show up.

The yoga mat found Greg approximately 8 years ago when he ventured into a Body Flow class in a local gym. He immediately felt the positive effects of the practice, continued for many years, and eventually found his way to a conventional yoga class. He has been practicing daily since. Along the way he decided to learn more about the yogic lifestyle and entered Yoga One’s 200-hour YTT class, which to say the least was life changing in many aspects. Wanting to share his love of yoga Greg began teaching classed at Tula last year. He has recently been attuned to Reiki I and looks forward to sharing his knowledge and love of yoga with all of his students.
Along with his passion for yoga, Greg is passionate about ballroom dancing, and performing in local theater productions.
