Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy Tula Yoga & Reiki Professionals structures staffing, studio space, retreats and other commitments based upon enrollments and registration. Many people are adversely affected if students cannot maintain their commitment and late cancellations prevent another student from the opportunity to enroll. We encourage, and appreciate, prompt notification if you are unable to attend an event or retreat within the guidelines of our refund policy. DEPOSITS: All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are held as a credit on file for up to two years to be used toward a future training or retreat. REFUNDS: Refunds are not available for any cancellation made within the two weeks prior to a start date of any workshop, retreat or training, or once the program has started. If a student needs to withdrawal from a program or retreat, and notification is provided in writing at least two weeks prior to the start date, the following will apply: Deposit is non-refundable $175 Cancellation Fee will apply for all Yoga Teacher Training and Retreat Events. The remaining balance will be refunded via check or the credit card used during registration. If extenuating circumstances prevent a student from completing an event / training, a portion of the tuition may be credited towards future program offerings. Credits are made at the sole discretion of Tula Yoga & Reiki Professionals.
