Hatha Yoga is a preparatory process of Yoga. The word “ha” means sun, “ta” means moon. “Hatha” means the Yoga to bring balance between the sun and the moon in you.You can explore Hatha Yoga in ways that take you beyond certain limitations, but fundamentally, it is a physical preparation – preparing the body for a higher possibility.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations of public classes, we kindly request that you provide notice at least 1 hour before the scheduled class start time. Any cancellations made within this 1-hour window will be considered as a regular sale and will not be eligible for a refund, reimbursement, or reusability. For private appointments and specialty class/workshop bookings, we require cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. This allows us to accommodate other clients who might be on our waiting list and ensures that our resources are utilized efficiently. Any cancellations made within this 24-hour window will be considered as a regular sale and will not be reusable. Refunds or reimbursements will not be issued for cancellations that fall within the specified timeframes mentioned above. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, and we encourage you to make every effort to attend the scheduled sessions or provide the necessary notice for cancellations.
