My Favorite Green Juice Recipe

Whether you are trying to incorporate more veggies into your diet this summer or looking to live a healthier lifestyle, juicing is a great option for being healthy on the go. You can juice daily, or whenever you have time. It is recommended to juice on an empty stomach first thing in the morning which will allow the body to absorb more nutrients. You can use it as a meal replacement, or snack (which is what I do), like yoga, how you juice or don't juice is totally up to you. Not only is juicing healthy and easy, it is super delicious!

Tools needed:

-Juicer or Blender

-Citrus Juicer of some sort

Ingredients (2 Servings):



2-Celery Stalks

1-handful of cilantro

1/2-Green bell pepper

1-Handful of spinach and/or kale

First, juice oranges using juicer or citrus juicer.

Then pour juice into blender adding (one at a time) chopped up cucumber, celery, cilantro, green bell pepper, spinach and/or kale.

Throw in some crushed ice, blend again, pour, and serve!
